The object of the above entitled action is to obtain a declaratory ruling to construe and reform a certain Quitclaim Deed and declare a purported Declaration of Trust void. It appearing by affidavit that there may be others than those named as Petitioner or Respondents interested in the subject matter of the action, whose names are unknown to the Petitioner and who are made Respondents by the general description of Unknown Beneficiaries of the Declaration of the Trust of John Robert Wegman, Jr. and Unknown Heirs of Edna M. Wegman, accordingly:
It is ORDERED that Respondents serve upon Peter G. Zurbuch, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 1819, Elkins, West Virginia, 26241, a response or other defense to the Amended Petition filed in this action on or before November 2, 2020, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter. A copy of said Amended Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
