Title: New Garbage Truck
City of Elkins will accept proposals for a new garbage truck until 11:00a.m. EDT November 5,2020. Proposals must be sealed in an enveloped that is plainly marked as to content: New Garbage Truck Proposal. Mail or deliver proposals to City of Elkins: 401 Davis Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241, Attn: Operations Manager. In the award of the contract, City of Elkins will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap or national origin. The contract will be awarded to the responsible business or person whose proposal is judged most competitive and determined to be in the best interest of the City of Elkins.
City of Elkins reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
