NOTICE OF FILING
On July 14, 2020, R.L.P.P., LLC, dba Limousines by a Touch of Class (RLLP), filed an application for the transfer and assignment of P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. 7425 from RLPP to P.P.D.D., LLC, dba Limousines by a Touch of Class.
On October 8, 2020, Commission Staff filed a Final Joint Staff Memorandum recommending the application be approved, if there are no protests, after proper publication.
Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
