The object of the above entitled action is to obtain a Declaration of Ejectment pertaining to property located at 1006 S. Kerens Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia. It appearing by affidavit the Plaintiff has used due diligence to serve the Defendants and that service has been attempted on the Defendants without effect, accordingly:
It is ORDERED that Respondents serve upon Bridgette R. Wilson, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 1819, Elkins, West Virginia, 26241, a response or other defense to the Declaration of Ejectment, filed in the Circuit Court of Randolph County on November 4, 2020, on or before December 14, 2020. If you fail to appear and plead thereto within the time required by law, judgment will be given against you.
You are further notified that a hearing on the Declaration of Ejectment is scheduled for November 17, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. before the Honorable David H. Wilmoth in the Circuit Court of Randolph County at the Randolph County Courthouse in Elkins, West Virginia, at which time you may be present and protect your interest if you so desire.
A copy of said Declaration of Ejectment can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
