ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Mountwood Park is accepting bids for new metal roofs on Cabin 1 and 3 at White Oak Village. Bid will include removal of old shingles, underlayment and damaged wood. A cost per square foot to replace any damaged wood will be given. Materials will include 29 gauge/40 yr. warranty metal roofing, synthetic underlayment, new corner trim ridge cap, drip edge, pipe boots and flashing.
Bids can be sent to 1014 Volcano Road, Waverly, WV 26184 and are due by noon on January 8, 2021.
