Notice is hereby given that J.F. ALLEN COMPANY, PO BOX 2049, 2133 OLD WESTON RD. BUCKHANNON, WV 26201 has submitted an application for Permit Number Q200197 to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600, in order to add 5.0 acres of mineral removal area.
The operation is discharging into Unnamed Tributaries of/and Tygart Valley River of the Monongahela River and is located near Elkins in Leadsville District of Randolph County,
