The City of Parkersburg/Wood County HOME Consortium’s Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) of the program year 2014-2015 for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Programs are available for public review. The CAPER outlines expenditures of CDBG and HOME funds during the past program year (July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015) and also outlines programs and accomplishments including individual project status.
The CAPER is available for public review in the Development Department on the fifth floor of the Municipal Building, #1 Government Square. Parkersburg, WV. The CAPER will also be available to view on the City of Parkersburg website under the ‘links’ section beginning Friday September 18th.
The City will accept comments on the CAPER for a period of thirty (30) days from the publication from this notice. The CAPER, as well as any appropriate comments will be sent to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for their review.
The City will also hold a public meeting concerning the CAPER on Thursday September, 24th 2015 at 5:30PM in the small conference room in the City Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, #1 Government Square. Parkersburg, WV.
