The County Commission of Wood County will be accepting sealed bids for the demolition and removal of remaining burnt structure, debris and the cleanup of property located at 1003 N Power Ave, Parkersburg,
WV, owned by James Valentine Sr., and Sonja Mullins.
Detailed specifications may be obtained in the Compliance Office of the Wood County Courthouse,
Parkersburg, WV, telephone 304-424-1988 or requested by email to [email protected]. All sealed bids must be received in the County Administrator’s Office, Room 205 of the Wood County Courthouse, no later than 9:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 22, 2021; with bid opening to be held in the regular scheduled meeting of the County Commission at 9:30 A.M., Thursday, February 22, 2021.
The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
