Pursuant to Chapter 16, Article 5G of the West Virginia Code, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board ofTrustees of Davis Health Center, a non-profit corporation, will hold its meeting on Thursday, February 11, 2021, at 12:30 pm, in the boardroom of Davis Medical Center in Elkins, West Virginia. Pursuant to the said statue, such a meeting is open to the public.
