It is hereby ordered that Neil Feury serve upon Shelly Feury, Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is 2 Randolph Ave., Elkins, WV 26241, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before March 30, 2021. If you fail to Answer the Petition, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
