Please take notice that on the 15th day of October, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Paul Altman for a variance from Table 4A: To reduce the front yard setback in the R-1B Zone from 20′ to 0′, and (2) from 4.06: To allow an accessory building on a separate lot from the principal building. Purpose of Request: To reconstruct damaged garage.
The property is described as follows:

Lot 10, 11, 12 of the Plat of Mozart Heights.

More commonly known as 236 Incline Avenue.
