Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of March, 2021, at 2:30 o’clock, p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Frelie Lou, Villafranca Dotson will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Frelie Lou, Villafranca, Dotson to Frelie Lou, Villafranca, Pitzer. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
