In this Civil Action, the Plaintiff seeks to recover for damages incurred on or about May 11, 2019, pertaining to an incident involving the Defendant, BOBBY L. LEARY.
It appears by Affidavit filed in this action that Defendant Bobby L. Leary is currently a resident of the State of West Virginia, Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that Bobby L. Leary, or other responsible party on behalf of Bobby L. Leary, do serve upon Plaintiff’s attorneys, The Miley Legal Group, PLLC, 229 West Main Street, Suite 400, Clarksburg, West Virginia 26301, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before thirty (30) days from date of first publication of this Order, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Bobby L. Leary. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s office.
