Notice is hereby given to the above named parties pursuant to West Virginia Code §49-1-101 and §49-4-601(e)(4)that a Petition in the above captioned matter has been previously filed in the Circuit Court of
Berkeley County.
Notice is further given that a hearing in this case is scheduled for Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at 1:00 p.m
before The Honorable R. Steven Redding, located in the Berkeley County
Judicial Center,
380 West South Street,
Martinsburg, West
Virginia, to determine the issues alleged in the
petition and the possible termination of parental rights in and to said child.

The parents of these
children have the right to counsel at every stage in these proceedings, and if
