REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSAL
The Committee on Aging for Randolph County requests a proposal for complete remodel two public restrooms at its property at #1 Fifth Street in Elkins, WV. The remodel shall conform to all required building codes required by the City of Elkins and approved building permit. The remodel shall conform to all Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.

A mandatory pre-bid conference shall be held on March 15, 2021 at 9:00 AM at the Randolph County Senior Center, #1 Fifth Street, Elkins, WV.
Proposals shall be submitted to the Randolph County Committee on Aging by 4:00 pm on March 26, 2021. Proposals shall be publically opened March 29, 2021, 9:00 AM
The contractor shall be required to make application and payment for a building permit from the City of Elkins following acceptance of the proposal. A copy of the completed application and any attachments (including drawings and specifications) shall be furnished the owner at the time of submission to the City of Elkins.
The Committee on Aging shall have the right to accept or reject any/all proposals. A Notice to Proceed shall be issued within ten (10) calendar days of bid opening. All work must be completed by June 30, 2021.
All proposal documents shall be placed in a sealed envelope with the following information on the outside: Proposal for Bathroom Remodel, Contractors Name, Address, E-mail and Phone No.
