It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that ANGELA PINEDA KYLE, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or address is unknown, it is hereby ordered that ANGELA PINEDA KYLE serve upon SHARON N. BOGARAD, ESQ., Petitioner’s counsel, whose address is 3412 West Street, WEIRTON, WEST VIRGINIA 26062, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before 30 days after first publication hereof. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the compliant.
A copy of said paperwork can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this office. It is furthered ordered that this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Hancock County, West Virginia.
