Bid documents will be available March 12, 2021 by emailing the request to Brandin Wharton, Director of Purchasing, at [email protected] The bid opening will be at the Purchasing Department, 1210 13th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, at 1:00 p.m. on April 2, 2021. There is no pre-bid meeting.
