The object of the above entitled action is to Petition for Divorce, more fully described as follows:
Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of April 2020, SALENA D. FREELAND filed in the Circuit Court of Hancock County, West Virginia, her Petition for Divorce, Motion for Interlocutory Relief, Financial Statement, Parenting Plan and Worksheet for Individual Proposed Parenting Plan.
It is ordered that JASON L. HARRIS does serve upon Petitioner’s attorney Dean G. Makricostas, Esquire, whose mailing address is Post Office Box 2827, Weirton, West Virginia 26047, an Answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before thirty (30) days after first publication hereof, otherwise the matter will be set for hearing. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office. It is furthered ordered that this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Hancock County, West Virginia
