Randolph County Courthouse 911 Road Sign Project

Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids will be received by the Randolph County Commission at their Office in the Courthouse Annex Building, 4 Randolph Ave, Suite 102, Elkins, WV for the installation of approximately 1,500 road signs throughout the county – all materials will be supplied.

All Bids must include a copy of Contractor’s License, proof of Insurance, & a completed IRS W-9 Form; all contractors shall comply with the EE provisions of Title VI & VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (42 U.S.C. 200d et seq); Presidential Executive Order 11246, as amended by PEO 11375; as well as the provisions of the WV Human Rights Act, as amended (Sec 5-11-1 of the Code of WV).

All bids must be clearly labeled “911 ROAD SIGN PROJECT SEALED BID – DO NOT OPEN” on the outside envelope and delivered or mailed to the Randolph County Commission, 4 Randolph Ave, Suite 102, Elkins, WV 26241 and received no later than 1:30 p.m. on April 15, 2021, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud during the Randolph County Commission meeting.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. on March 31, 2021 in the meeting room of the Randolph County Commission office located at 4 Randolph Ave., Elkins, WV.

The Randolph County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informality, or to accept and enter into contract with the lowest responsible bidder.
