The Waiver of Final Settlement of Daniel J. Miller, Executor of the Estate of Jerome O. Miller, deceased, and Notice of Service.
All documents shall be held in the office of the undersigned for ten (10) days from the last date of publication for the examination of the parties interested, and for them to take such action as deemed and warranted.
