Notice is hereby given that on the 26th DAY OF MARCH, 2021, LAURA ALICIA RUDENSTEIN, in the Circuit Court of Hancock County, West Virginia, file a Petition for Permission and Authority to change her name of LAURA ALICIA RUDENSTEIN o RUDIE AURORA RUDENSTEIN.
Notice is further given that on the 9th DAY OF APRIL, 2021, AT 10:00AM in the Circuit Court of Hancock County, West Virginia, the Honorable David Sims will hear said Petition for Change of Name and will examine under oath the party in interest and any witnesses as any party in interest may deem proper.
Further notice is given that the hearing date and time may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
