PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE RELATING TO RENEWAL OF FRANCHISE AGREEMENT Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of October, 2015, the City Council of the City of Beckley caused to be read an Ordinance proposing the renewal of a cable franchise agreement with Cebridge Acquisition, LLC dba Suddenlink Communications. The title of such Ordinance reads: AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A RENEWED NONEXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE TO CEBRIDGE ACQUISTION, LLC DOING BUSINESS AS SUDDENLINK COMMUNICATIONS TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF BECKLEY, RALEIGH COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA. The Beckley City Council will have a public hearing and its final reading and vote on the ordinance on November 10, 2015, at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 409 South Kanawha Street, Beckley. The hearing will be open to the public and any interested parties may appear and present protests, if any, with respect to the proposed ordinance.
