NOTICE
Replacement of the Assembly Hall Roof
RANDOLPH COUNTY PARK & RECREATION BOARD
Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids will be received, opened and read aloud by the, Randolph County Recreation Board at the Assembly Hall at Camp Pioneer until 6:00 PM prevailing time on April 19, 2021 for the Replacement of the Roof on the Assembly Hall and Dinning Hall at Camp Pioneer. Said work shall be in accordance with the drawings on file at Camp Pioneer and at the office of Swecker Engineering. Bids, if mailed, shall be received by the Randolph County Recreation Board at P.0. Box 137, Beverly, W. Va. 26253 on or before the Bid Date and Time.
The major features of work is to remove and replace approximately 10,300 SF of the roof of the Assembly Hall Building. 1.) Tear off existing roof and properly dispose of off site. 2.) Inspect roof sheeting and repair as necessary.( Cost to be determined and added as a change order.) 3.) Install new waterproofing underlayment, felt, drip edge and flashing as needed. 4.) Install new lifetime Green architectural roofing shingles and shingle-over-ridge vents. 5.) Replace all spouting with new 3X4 white aluminum downspouts and replace all gutters with 6″ seamless white aluminum gutters.
Construction time will be 60 days.
Federal Davis-Bacon wage rates apply.

The Randolph County Recreation Board reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any informalities or to accept and enter into Contract with the lowest responsible Bidder.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Camp Pioneer Assembly Hall on Friday April 16, 2021 at 1:00 P.M.
