ESTATE OF PAUL H. WILLIAMS DECEASED
All persons having claims against the estate of the said Paul H. Williams, deceased, whether due, or not, are notified to exhibit their claims, with the voucher thereof, legally verified, along with a $5.00 filing fee, to the undersigned, at 337 Penco Road, Weirton, West Virginia 26062, within sixty (60) days of the date of the first publication, otherwise they may, by law, be excluded from all benefit of said estate. All beneficiaries of said estate may appear on or before said day to examine said claims and otherwise protect their interests.
