The Wood County Board of Education will be selling by public auction the real property located at 1130 19th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26104 (McKinley School). The property has five lots recorded in the deed book 70 at page 489, district 5, map 62, parcel A; deed book 1084 at page 385, district 5, map 62, parcel 128; deed book 1173 at page 116, district 5, map 62, parcel 129; deed book 1084 at page 706, district 5, map 62, parcel 130; deed book 887 at page 558, district 5, map 62, parcel 131. Terms of the sale are 20% of the purchase price by cash or check with a bank letter in hand on the day of the sale with the remainder due at closing. Minimum bid applies. The property is conveyed in as is condition with no covenants of warranty, subject to unpaid property taxes. Purchaser shall pay all costs of recording the deed as prepared by the Wood County Board of Education. The Wood County Board of Education reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.
