ALL SEALED BIDS SHALL BE PUBLICLY OPENED AND READ ALOUD at 10:00 A.M. FRIDAY, MAY 14, 2021 local time. Vendors shall be registered in the State of West Virginia.
NO BID WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE CONTACTOR’S W. Va. LICENSE NUMBER BEING INCLUDED ON THE BID SUBMISSION.

The successful bidder may be required to furnish and pay satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds.
Each bidder shall require a certified check, bank draft or acceptable surety bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid.
Bidders on this work will be required to comply with Section 202 of Executive order No 11246.
