This is notice to CHANGGOOK KANG that a Petition for Divorce was filed in the Family Court of Hancock County, West Virginia by the Petitioner, Judy Lee, on May 18, 2021. The object and the purpose of this proceeding is to obtain an absolute divorce from the bonds of matrimony.
It appearing by Affidavit filed by the Petitioner that the whereabouts of the Respondent are unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that the Respondent be served by publication and serve an Answer, including any counterclaim or defense, unto the Hancock County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office and counsel for the Petitioner,
