Access Control/Keycard Door Entry System
The Wood County Commission is requesting sealed bids for an Access Control/Keycard Door Entry System.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 am, on July 14, 2021, at the Wood County Day Report Center, 1531 Garfield Avenue, Parkersburg, WV. This pre-bid meeting must be attended in order for your bid to be accepted for review. All sealed bids must be turned in to the County Administrator’s Office, on or before 9:30 A.M. on July 26, 2021, via mail or hand delivered to No.1 Court Square, Suite 205, Parkersburg, WV 26101. Bids will be opened in Room 203 of the Wood County Courthouse on July 26, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. Any questions can be sent to [email protected].
All work will be in accordance with all pertaining State laws, rules, and regulations. The Wood County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
