THE PETITION OF J.D.E. AND M.E.E. FOR THE ADOPTION OF ROWAN EVALYN YMBERT and WREN ALEXANDRIA YMBERT,
Infant Children Under the Age of 18 Years.
Pursuant to West Virginia Code §48-22-601, this is notice to Morgan Elizabeth Ruane and Casey Dalton Ymbert, the biological parents of Rowan Evalyn Ymbert and Wren Alexandria Ymbert, and to any other parties required notice by law or to any other party that may claim to be entitled to notice, that on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., the Petitioners will bring on for hearing the Petition to legally adopt said minor children before the Honorable Judge Ronald E. Wilson, Circuit Judge of Hancock County, in his Courtroom located in the Hancock County Circuit Court at 102 N. Court Street, New Cumberland, WV.
The object of this Petition is to terminate any claims or rights you may have to the minor children subject to these Petitions, including paternity rights, if applicable.
Failure to respond to this notice and/or failure to appear and defend his / her rights, if any, within 30 days of the first date of publication of this notice may result in the termination of any right to assert a claim or contest these Petitions.
If you or any other interested party to Rowan Evalyn Ymbert and Wren Alexandria Ymbert fails to respond to this notice within said 30 days, then said person may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings. A copy of said Petitions may be obtained at the Hancock County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office and Answers may be filed with the same office,
