CLASS II LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT
REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A POLYURETHANE FOAM ROOF WITH ADEQUATE DRAINAGE AT COALTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Pursuant to West Virginia Code 5G-1-3, the Randolph County Board of Education invites bids to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for the installation of a Polyurethane Roof with an adequate drainage system on the roof of Coalton Elementary School.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled on July 27, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., at 40 Eleventh Street Elkins, WV in the Board Room. At this time, attendees will receive a copy of the RFP, a review of bid requirements, and instructions. There will be an on-site visit following the pre-bid meeting on the same day where attendees may acquire measurements and perform a site inspection.
