THE PETITION OF JANET LOUISE SUSKIE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN / CONSERVATOR OF GAY LYNN SHRIVER, an alleged protected person.
This is notice to Denise Watson, Ethel Watson, William Watson, and Sue Ann Watson, the biological siblings of Gay Lynn Shriver, and to any other parties required notice by law or to any other party that may claim to be entitled to notice, that on Friday, August 27, 2021 at 12:00 p.m., the Petitioner will bring on for hearing the Petition to become Guardian and Conservator over Gay Lynn Shriver before the Mental Hygiene Commissioner of Hancock County, WV, Diane Senakievich, via Microsoft TEAMS by calling
832-831-2424 and
entering code 109401#.
The object of this Petition is to consider if Gay Lynn Shriver should be declared a protected person in need of a guardian and/or conservator. Failure to respond to this notice and/or failure to appear and defend his /her rights, if any, within 30 days of the first date of publication of this notice may result in the termination of any right to assert a claim or contest this Petition.
If you or any other interested party fails to respond to this notice within said 30 days, then said person may not appear in or receive further notice of the proceedings.
