TEP on behalf of Eastern Gas Transmission & Storage, Inc. proposes the construction of a proposed 320-ft (324-ft overall with appurtenances) AGL replacement self-support telecommunications tower to be located south of a portion of Public Road 29/9, west of the unincorporated community of Pigeon, in Roane County, West Virginia (Roane County Parcel #20-01-0015-0003-0000).
