PUBLIC NOTICE
Sue Ann Rutherford, Braxton County Clerk, hereby gives notice that in compliance with WV Code 3-4A-13(b), the members of the Braxton County Commission and the Board of Ballot Commissioners will convene at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024 at the County storage building at the rear of theCounty Courthouse, located at 402 Riverview Drive, Sutton, WV to inspect the Ballots, Vote Recording Devices, and Tabulating Equipment to be used
during the May 1st through May 11th Early Voting period and for the May 14th Primary Election.
This examination is open to any candidate, one representative of each political party on the ballot, and the public.
