On October 23, 2025, Mountain Valley Pipeline LLC (Mountain Valley), 2200 Energy Drive, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania 15317, filed an application under section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act (NGA) and Part 157 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's regulations requesting authorization to construct, own, operate and maintain its MVP Boost Project. The MVP Boost Project (Project) consists of a total addition of 265,750 horsepower (hp) of compression from the proposed modifications at the existing Bradshaw, Harris and Stallworth Compressor Stations in West Virginia, and the construction of the new Swann Compressor Station in Montgomery County, VA. The Project will create approximately 600,000 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) of incremental natural gas capacity on the existing Mountain Valley Pipeline mainline (MVP Mainline). The Project is fully subscribed under multiple non-affiliate precedent agreements and is expected to be in service by mid-2028.
