NOTICE OF
FILING AND HEARING
On January 4, 2019, Community Pastor Care, LLC (CPC) applied for a permit from the Commission to operate as a contract carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of passengers for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. CPC requested authority statewide. Anyone desiring to make an objection to the application must do so in writing within ten days after the publication of this notice to the Executive Secretary, Public Service Commission, PO Box 812, Charleston, WV 25323. Motions to intervene in this proceeding shall be filed within the same ten day period of time and comply with the Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure.
This matter has been protested.
The Commission has scheduled an evidentiary hearing in this matter for May 9, 2019, at 9:30 a.m., in Hearing Room Number Two, Public Service Commission Building, 201 Brooks Street, Charleston, West Virginia. Anyone desiring to protest or offer comment regarding the proposed operating authority may appear at the scheduled hearing.
