Project: Solicitation of Bids for
Courthouse Remodeling
The Raleigh County Assessor’s Office is seeking bids from qualified contractors for general remodeling of the Raleigh County Courthouse in Beckley, WV. Improvements will include flooring, drop ceiling, lighting, paint and trim.
All Bidders are required to contact the Raleigh County Commission for details no later than Monday, April 5 2019. Questions may be directed to Billy Michael, Assistant Administrator, at (304) 255-9173.
Sealed Bids for this project will be received by the Raleigh County Commission until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Submit bids to the Raleigh County Commission, Attention Billy Michael, 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, WV 25801. Please mark each envelope “Courthouse Improvement Bid”.
Bidders are required to be bonded, hold a valid West Virginia Contractors License, and provide proof of Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation coverage. The Raleigh County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any /or all proposals and waive informality in the process.
