NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 14th day of May, 2019, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Mary Akers for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a second residence on property located at 131 Luxor Lane, Shady Spring, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 2004, Parcel 152.8, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
