NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 14th day of May, 2019, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Charles and Cindy Kipps, agent Cross Development for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit a Retail Store on property located at 2075 Coal City Road, Coal City, WV, Slab Fork District, Tax Map 26A, Parcel 16, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
