NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 11th day of June, 2019, the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Phyllis Burgess for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Second Residence on property located at 318 McDowell Hollow, Beckley, WV, Clear Fork District, Tax Map 15, Parcel 10, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
