NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 18th day of November, 2025, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Skyline Management Group/Agent: Foley Defense, LLC for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for Firearms Manufacturing and Sales on property located at 150 Lakeview Drive, Ghent, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 53, Part Of Parcel 24.1, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
