NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 19th day of March, 2026 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the application of Empire Property Investments, LLC to rezone 2.477 acres of property to Commercial. The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Rural/Residential and the proposed Zoning is to be (B1) Business/Commercial. The property to be affected is located at 1039 Airport Road, Beaver, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 7, Part of Parcel 13, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by March 18th, 2026, will be considered.
