RALEIGH COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 18th day of June, 2020, in the Raleigh County Courthouse (Second Floor Conference Room) 215 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the application of Shenandoah Mobile, LLC (Shentel) for the purpose of Wireless Telecommunications Facility (Cell Tower). The Property to be affected contains 1301 acres in the Town District, Tax Map 29, Parcel 13 and is adjacent to Rhodes Street.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by June 17th, 2020 will be considered.
