REQUEST FOR AUDIT PROPOSAL The Greenbrier Housing Authority (GHA), Lewisburg, West Virginia, is soliciting proposal for three annual audits of its accounting and other records. The period will be for the years ending June 30, 2014, 2015, and 2016. The audit proposal should include GHA’s accounting records, HUD Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program, Permeant Supportive Housing program and assistance with electronically submitting data through HUD’s Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) system. The audit should be conducted in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Office of Management & Budget Circular A-133 which provides audit guidance for State, Local Governments and Non-Profit Organizations. Proposals should be mailed to the Greenbrier Housing Authority, Attn: Audit Committee, 116 Third Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901. Or, the proposal can be emailed to [email protected]. GHA should receive the proposal no later than September 23, 2016.
