REQUEST FOR BID (RFB) RFB NUMBER WVSOM-15-B-021 GRADUATION AND CONVOCATION EVENTS LIGHTING AND VIDEO WALL West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) Board of Governors on behalf of WVSOM is soliciting competitive firm fixed priced bids from qualified vendors to provide stage lighting and video wall for the Graduation and Convocation Events Project. Both events take place in a tension pole tent. Sealed bids will be received in the WVSOM Contracts Department, Room A220/221, located at 400 North Lee Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901 on later than 3:00 p.m., March 19, 2015, at which time all sealed bids will be publically opened and read aloud. Bids received after this date and time shall not be opened or considered for award. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the RFB, as issued by the WVSOM Contracts Department. The RFB will be issued on or about March 9, 2015.
