REQUEST FOR BID NUMBER WVSOM-16-B-008 WVSOM TUCK POINT PROJECT (MAIN BUILDING “B”) The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) Board of Governors on behalf of WVSOM located at 400 North Lee Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901 is soliciting Request for Bids (RFB) for competitive firm fixed priced bids (FFP) from qualified, responsive and responsible vendors to complete the WVSOM Tuck Pointing Contract (Main Building (B). MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: All potential Bidders must attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting which will be held at the date, time and location identified below: Date: August 17, 2015 Time: 10:00 a.m. Location: WVSOM Campus, Main Building (Quad) 2nd Floor Conference Room Any questions pertaining to this RFB shall be submitted IN WRITING ONLY, no later than 4:30 p.m. on August 20, 2015, to the address below. Sealed bids will be received in the WVSOM Contracts Department, Room A220 / 221, located at 400 North Lee Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901 until 3:30 p.m. (EST) on August 25, 2015, at which time all sealed bids will be publically opened and read aloud. Bids received after that date and time will not be opened or considered for award. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the RFB, as issued by the WVSOM Contracts Department. The RFB will be issued on or about August 10, 2015.
