Facsimile and/or electronic proposals will not be accepted. Proposals received after the announced time and date of receipt will be returned unopened. Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible firm or in any way restrain or restrict competition.
The Doddridge County Ambulance Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Any proposal submitted MUST be signed by an individual authorized to bind the offeror.
