REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority is currently seeking bids to purchase (9) Nine, new – 4″ leachate pumps, for installation in our methane gas wells. The pumps must meet the following minimum specifications. 4″ short pumps, with bottom inlet and screen. Minimum operating temperature of 170 degrees. Minimum flow rate of 10 gallons per minute. Must have tubing and all hardware using quick connect connectors. Bid must include 540 feet of tubing, 1″ discharge line, 5/8″ outside diameter vent hose, and 1/2″ outside diameter air line. Must include pump warranty information. Any questions can be directed to Travis Kiblinger at (304) 255-9335. Bids will be received until Tuesday, March 10, 2020 , at 1:30 p.m.. Bids will be opened Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at 1:35 p.m. at the RCSWA business office located on Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV. The bids must be sealed and marked, “Pump Bids”. The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject all bids.
