REQUEST FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Lewisburg at Lewisburg Public Works, 531 Feamster Road, Lewisburg, West Virginia 24901 until 2:00 p.m., April 8, 2020.
The purpose of the request for bid (RFB) is to solicit bids from responsive and responsible bidders to supply services and materials to pave City streets/Fire Station 2 Parking Lot within the corporate limits of the City of Lewisburg.
All bidding documents shall be submitted in a single envelope address to the City of Lewisburg marked with the following information in the lower left hand corner:
“Name and address of bidder”

To be opened at 2:00 p.m. on
Wednesday, April 8, 2020
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of the bids. Any Contractor submitting a bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates and acknowledges that he/she has a valid WV business license, a City of Lewisburg business license and meets the qualifications required by the statues of the State and subdivision in which the work is to be performed. The City of Lewisburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
