REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority is seeking sealed bids for the supply and installation of the various Geosynthetics, associated materials and appurtenances for the construction of the landfill liner identified as Stage 9 Cell Construction. A detailed bid document will be available from Alliance Consulting in either hard or digital format. A mandatory pre bid meeting for any new bidders will be conducted on site July 1, 2020 at 10:00am , located at 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801. The pre bid meeting will be optional for any returning bidders from the June 5, 2020 bid.
Sealed bids will be accepted until July 8, 2020 until 1:00pm. Bids will be opened on July 8, 2020 at 1:05pm. All bids must be sealed and marked as Liner Bids. Bids can be mailed or dropped off to RCSWA at 200 Fernandez Drive., Beckley, WV 25801.

The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities.
