REQUEST FOR BIDS The RALEIGH COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY is currently seeking bids for a Uniform Service provider. A bid package is available upon request or can be picked up at the business office. Bids will be accepted until February 29, 2016. Bids must be sealed and marked “Uniform Bid”. Bids will be accepted until 1:00 p.m. and will be opened 1:01 p.m. at the business office located off of Ragland Road.
